These Terms and Conditions govern all use of H555, including the website, app, and associated services. Using any part of the platform constitutes full acceptance.

1. Who May Use H555

H555 is a restricted platform. Access is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following.

You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration

You are not in a jurisdiction where participating in online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited

You are registering as a natural person under your own real identity

You have not previously been permanently banned from H555 under any account

2. One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold exactly one H555 account at any time

Creating a second account for any reason, including promotional exploitation, results in permanent closure of all connected accounts

Funds in accounts closed for multi-account violations are not returned

Accounts sharing a device, IP address, or payment method with a previously banned account are subject to immediate review

3. Verification

H555 may require identity or payment verification at any point

Accepted documents include a valid CNIC, Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photo ID

Accounts that do not complete verification within a reasonable period remain restricted until documentation is provided

4. Deposits

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name

H555 does not charge deposit fees — any processing charges come from the payment provider independently

Minimum and maximum amounts per transaction are shown in the app at time of deposit

Funds are non-refundable once gameplay has started, except in cases of verified technical error

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit

Bonus balance requires completion of applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted

All withdrawals require identity verification to be current before funds are released

H555 may delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud or policy violation is suspected

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements, game eligibility, and expiry dates are stated with each individual offer

Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts or coordinated exploitation are reversed and accounts closed permanently

H555 may modify or cancel any active promotion without prior notice

Players who misuse promotional offers forfeit the bonus and any derived winnings

7. Fair Play

Automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools used in gameplay are a permanent ban offense

Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited

Exploiting software vulnerabilities for financial gain violates these terms

Abusive or threatening conduct toward other players or H555 staff results in immediate account action

8. Intellectual Property

The H555 name, logo, app interface, game assets, and written content are proprietary or licensed

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited

9. Account Actions

Accounts may be suspended without notice during active fraud investigations

Confirmed violations result in permanent termination — remaining balance may be forfeited where violations are established

Players may request account closure at any time — pending withdrawals are processed before closure is finalized

10. Updates to These Terms

Updates are posted here with a revised effective date

Material changes are communicated via in-app notification or registered contact details

Continued use of H555 after an update constitutes acceptance

Players who do not accept updated terms may request account closure before they take effect
